AEV performance

The mechanical performance of a window is measured essentially according to three criteria:

  • The water tightness (ability to prevent water from entering and draining water infiltration and condensation).
  • The air permeability (ability to manage the flow of air to prevent them from returning to home while ensuring good ventilation of decompression chambers).
  • The wind resistance (ability to prevent sudden gales do not open the window).

Climatic exposure of joinery is determined by the standards (NT 125.17-NT125.18-NT125.19-NT125.20-NT 125.21-NT125.22), exposing the window to several climatic conditions as if the window is exposed to wind (large cities, small towns, countryside, seaside).

From these data professionals determine the ranking AEV of carpentry tested.

WINTECH systems are among the most powerful on the market. They are designed to allow approved partners to get a good ranking:

  • A4
  • E*7B
  • V*C
